1 Introduction

1st meeting
You will pitch to a member of the Investment team

2nd meeting
You repeat the same pitch to at least one other investment team member (cross viewing: unbiased decisions)

3rd meeting
We have an in-depth discussion with the partners and invest team at the Breega offices

2 Exploration

We visit your offices where possible, meet your team and strengthen the relationship.

We dig deeper into the business, to build our conviction on your product, roadmap, tech, competition, market opportunity, growth plans, vision, metrics and financials.

3 Decision

If we decide to invest, we issue a term sheet.

Post term sheet, we complete any further due diligence, finalise terms and sign off final agreements.

We onboard you and connect you to our Scaling Squad  to help you skill up and scale out.

As active investors with an on-demand Scaling Squad, we prefer to lead or co-lead. We’re happy to co-invest with values-aligned VCs.
